It is a herbal tea in loose leaves dried at low temperature to better preserve all the active ingredients present in centaury plants, peppermint, lemon balm, fennel, mallow, cornflower and rose petals:

CENTAUREA which, thanks to the content of bitter principles and essential oils, has gastro-protective properties, stimulates the production of gastric secretions which aid digestion . It is also indicated in cases of anorexia , atony and liver diseases .
PEPPERMINT promotes appetite and digestion . Fights nausea , reduces intestinal swelling. It has antiseptic and germicidal properties. It also has a decongestant and fluidifying action on the respiratory system. It is a valid help against bad breath .
MELISSA is an analgesic , calming the central nervous system. Promotes digestion. Helps the immune system.
FENNEL inhibits fermentation processes within the intestine. It promotes the production of gastric secretions which aid digestion. Promotes the elimination of excess fluids.
CALENDULA is healing , promotes the repair of internal tissues. Increases the secretion of bile acids, lowers cholesterol levels. Used for its anti-ulcer properties.
MALLOW has antacid and anti-inflammatory properties that protect the mucous membranes of the stomach. Thanks to its gentle laxative action it regulates the functions of the intestine. This is why it is a valid aid against constipation .
CORNFLOWER has antiseptic properties that prevent the development of microbes within the body. It is decongestant as it is capable of reducing the accumulation of liquids.
ROSE PETALS have digestive , soothing and disinfectant properties.

Instructions

Doses and methods of use :

Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture into a cup of boiling water and leave to infuse, covered, for approx. 5 min.
Then filter and take up to 3 times a day between meals.
Sweeten to taste, preferably with organic honey.

Warnings : keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
