A forest honeydew honey harvested mainly from Sicilian citrus groves grown following the organic method. There is also honeydew that bees collect from chestnut , fig , mulberry and pine trees .
A honey typical of this land with a less intense and sweeter flavor than the forest honeydews produced in other areas of Italy.
