Fine organic honeydew honey harvested exclusively from apiaries located within the pristine oak forest on the Marche hills , in the province of Fermo.

The forest, owned by the San Nicola Agricultural Company, is absolutely unique and of high naturalistic value: some oaks are more than 100 years old. The company has looked after it for years, preserving it as a fantastic ecosystem for the well-being of bees.

And it is precisely thanks to the care and love for nature and bees that the San Nicola company is one of the few companies to have managed to harvest honeydew in 2020.

It is a forest honeydew with a prevalence of oak honeydew , typical of the area. Produced with love and passion and absolute guarantee of an artisanal honeydew of excellence .

It has a liquid consistency and a dark amber color with reddish tones typical of oak honeydew. It has a malty, dried fruit aroma and a flavor reminiscent of cooked fruit, rhubarb and liquorice.
