
Description
The beekeeper Alessandro Ansermé collects his prized acacia honey in the green Canavese Valleys (Piedmont). In the emerald green color of the woods of these areas, acacia trees grow lush.
During the flowering period, walking on the many paths in these splendid valleys crossed by the Via Francigena , you are surrounded by the scent and fragrance of these sweet flowers. Bees are very fond of the nectar of the acacia flowers of these ancient lands.

Organoleptic characteristics:
- Consistency : remains liquid for a long time; it never crystallizes completely.
- Color : a light colored acacia.
- Aroma : very light, vanilla.
- Flavour : very delicate, typically vanilla.
