Instructions
A revitalizing tea in winter, refreshing in summer. With purifying properties, a real delight to pamper yourself on your Sunday mornings!
Winter : drink warm, but not boiling - indicated against inflammation of the throat, at the first signs of colds and flu.
Summer : Ideal against the summer heat. The concentrated infusion can be used to make excellent homemade ice cream and granitas.
Preparation :
2.5 g per 250 ml tea cup
Temperature: 75°C
infusion 3min.
When to drink tea : At any time of the day; due to its caffeine content, its consumption in the evening is not recommended.
Sweeten : we recommend organic acacia honey or lime honey to add to freshly hot tea (max. 40°C) so as not to destroy the beneficial properties of the honey.
