Instructions
It can be taken directly, 1 teaspoon left to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
In liquids : add 1-2 teaspoons in warm water (36°C). Avoid boiling water to avoid compromising the properties of raw honey and ginger.
Colds and sore throats: ideal in the Pflegerhof winter herbal tea for coughs. To be dissolved in barely warm herbal tea.
Snacks and desserts: Also try spread on crackers or as a filling for tasty desserts.
