Traditional Chinese Processing
Our Jasmine Chung Hao Green Tea is a scented tea. Unlike flavoured teas, it is an authentic expression of Chinese tea art. The tea is scented by contact, rather than with essential oils or artificial flavourings.
During processing, the jasmine blossoms are mixed with the tea leaves to naturally infuse them with their aroma. The flowers are then removed to maintain the tea's soft, balanced flavour, preventing any bitterness.
The result? A fragrant, harmonious cup of golden-yellow tea.

Below are some tips for tasting jasmine tea.
To appreciate its distinctive flavour, it is important to prepare it correctly.
Quantity : 2-3g of product per cup (250ml)
Time : 2-3 minutes / Water temperature: 70° C
This temperature allows all the typical notes of jasmine to emerge.
When is the best time to drink jasmine green tea?
Jasmine green tea has a lower caffeine content than other teas. It can therefore be drunk throughout the day, including in the evening thanks to its calming effect. It also aids digestion and is traditionally drunk with savoury and spicy dishes.
Use the best water:
the water temperatures and infusion times indicated for optimal flavour require a type of water with a low fixed residue of around 20–40 mg/L.
