Instructions
An oolong tea ideal for drinking in the early afternoon or late morning. It reveals its best aromas with the second and third infusion. A reference for all Oolong lovers!
Suggestions : recommended to drink between meals, natural. It is preferable to use natural mineral water. If possible, use a terracotta or ceramic teapot.
Classic preparation :
Quantity : approximately 3 g (1 heaped teaspoon) per 200 ml of freshly boiled water.
Temperature : 90°-95°C
Number of infusions : 3+
Infusion time : 3-4 minutes depending on personal taste (after the second increase for subsequent infusions with 20 seconds).
Preparation Iced tea : this high mountain oolong is excellent for preparing iced tea for the summer.
Serve the tea by pouring it into cups or glasses filled with ice (pouring it little by little alternately into the cups, so as to correctly distribute all the aromas) or leave it to rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
