It is handcrafted by Cannizzaro beekeeping with only 2 0km organic ingredients:
1. Raw organic wildflower HONEY from Cannizzaro beekeeping collected in Caltagirone, in the "Natural Reserve of the San Pietro forest" away from sources of pollution. Honey retains all its beneficial properties - unlike commercial honey spreads where poor quality foreign honeys are used.
2. Organic Sicilian PISTACHIO : the variety used is the most prized in Sicily as it is harvested in the Bronte area, on the slopes of Etna.

BENEFITS
Sun drying. These pistachios are left to dry in the sun, in fact houses with large terraces are typical in Bronte to allow the pistachios to dry naturally.
Compared to other pistachios which are roasted at high temperatures, the delicate processing method allows for the best preservation of nutritional properties such as vitamins (A, E, B1, B6), minerals (magnesium, zinc, selenium), enzymes and beneficial fats.
The combination with organic raw honey rich in enzymes makes the nutrients of pistachios highly assimilable by the body.
WITHOUT DYES. The color is natural as no green coloring is added as often happens in pistachio creams.
WITHOUT: vegetable oils, palm oil, GMOs, sugar, milk, flavorings and preservatives.
