Description
An organic compote made with 100% Italian plums, with no added sugar, sweeteners or additives, for a genuine and natural product.
They are an excellent ally for intestinal health as they are rich in fibre, sorbitol and antioxidants. Sorbitol helps to prevent and relieve constipation.
Authentic Taste : its colour and natural flavour make it an excellent product. Each jar of compote requires approximately 378g of fresh plums.

No added sugars
This is a far cry from traditional compotes sweetened with fruit juices (apple), grape juice or cane sugar.
Low sugar level
This compote is naturally sweet and contains only 25 g of sugars, while commercial organic compotes can exceed 45 -50 g of sugars/100 g.
Without additives
Most commercial jams, preserves and compotes contain many unhealthy additives. Our stewed fruit is:
- No thickeners (pectin)
- No acidity regulators (citric acid)
- No stabilizers
- No preservatives and colorants
Delicate processing
A special low temperature process gives our plum compote a soft consistency, making it ideal for spreading and many other uses.

Instructions
Plum compote can be enjoyed plain or simply spread on a slice of bread.
It can become an excellent ingredient for the preparation of delicious desserts and tarts.
Storage : in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 4/5 days.
