Pure organic raw propolis collected directly from Massimo Carpinteri's beehives in the hills of Asti (Piedmont).
Albero della Vita's propolis is exclusively raw scraped propolis (i.e. collected from the inside of the hive) and is much more concentrated than the netted propolis commonly found on the market.
This propolis has a high percentage of balsam, a complex of resins containing most of the active ingredients of propolis, including flavonoids.
Flavour: this raw propolis has a balsamic, aromatic and spicy flavour.
Artisanal processing. The freshly harvested propolis is then carefully processed by hand to remove any impurities and stored in the freezer.
