Description

Excellent organic honey harvested in uncultivated land on the hills of central Sicily, from the Madonie to the Belice Valleys .

A typical Sicilian honey, an area which due to its particular climate is among the most suitable in the world for the collection of this honey. The hives are immersed in uncontaminated nature and wild greenery. In these places, la sulla grows spontaneously and dyes the hills pink.

This organic Sulla honey is very delicate , with the aroma of hay, fresh walnuts , with a fruity component, of dates , of nougat .

A honey which, due to its sweetness and delicacy, represents an excellent alternative to the classic acacia honey . Much appreciated by children .

Features :

Consistency : spontaneous crystallization, with very fine crystal grain.
Color : in the liquid state it is almost colorless or straw yellow, in the crystallized state it varies from white to ivory.
Odor : weak, vegetal and delicate.
Taste : sweet and delicate.

The organic honey from Solmielato beekeeping is NOT pasteurized and does not undergo any heat treatment. It is extracted by cold centrifugation and is obtained using organic beekeeping methods.

Instructions

Storage : store in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources.

Notes : honey can be taken by children from the age of 1 year.
