A family business rich in tradition. Since1912, on theAlpe di Barbianoin Alto Adige the Rabensteiner family has been extracting and distilling the essential oil of mountain pine and stone pine. For decades, knowledge of the production of mountain pine and stone pine essential oils has been handed down from generation to generation. Even today as then, Meinrad Rabensteiner carries on the family tradition by extracting the essential oils with a gentlesteam distillation. In this way it manages to produce high quality 100% organic essential oils in harmony with nature.
Sustainable production: once the oil production is finished, the residual twigs and branches are dried and reused as fuel. The entire process of production of essential oils takes place in the area in the traditional way. This not only ensures efficient but also environmentally friendly work processes. For this reason these essential oils areproduced in limited series.
