Our Chocolate and Gianduja Panettone is crafted in a small, artisanal workshop in Milan. It is produced using a slow, non-industrial process that takes 72 hours and requires the expertise of a pastry chef.
Only quality organic ingredients are used in its production, including Astigiano wildflower honey from The Honeyland beekeepers in Piedmont, which gives the panettone its fragrance and natural sweetness.
The gianduja cream is made using fine organic hazelnuts. The gianduja chocolate chips melt into the dough, creating the perfect balance for chocolate lovers who don't want to compromise on lightness.
The natural leavening process with live sourdough, which is refreshed several times a day, lasts approximately 32 hours, giving the panettone authentic softness, a clean aroma and improved digestibility.

Storage : store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the original bag and ensure it is tightly closed.
