This Pandoro is the result of an artisanal process that takes time and passion. The homemade sugar mix, the slow rising process and the generous addition of vanilla pods give this cake an exceptionally soft texture and an unmistakable aroma.

Fresh organic ingredients

Made from the finest fresh ingredients:

  • Type 0 wheat flour, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour normally used in haute patisserie,
  • Trentino butter from centrifuged cream
  • Organic Tuscan honey
  • Organic Madagascar Bourbon vanilla in beans (not powder)

Our Artisan Pandoro does not contain

  • refined vegetable fats (palm oil, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids)
  • powdered preparations or blends
  • Agave syrup
  • Synthetic or similar natural flavourings
  • preservatives
