- Organic wheat flour type 0, less refined and healthier than the 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,
- Organic Trentino butter from centrifuged cream
- Organic Tuscan honey
- Organic Madagascar Bourbon vanilla in beans (not powder)

- refined vegetable fats (palm oil, sunflower oil, mono and polyunsaturated fats),
- powdered preparations or blends / powdered milk or eggs,
