This is a version of the classic panettone for people with lactose intolerance. Made with the finest organic ingredients:
- Organic wheat flour type 0, less refined and healthier than the type 00 flour usually used in haute patisserie,
- Organic Tuscan olive oil,
- Organic cocoa butter,
- Organic Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans (not powder).
In our artisan panopera you will not find
