It is fresh and has never been frozen. Unlike imported industrial royal jelly, which is frozen to survive long transport times and then thawed for packaging, ours is harvested and hand-jarred within a few hours. It is then kept constantly refrigerated until shipment. Freezing royal jelly breaks down its most delicate protein structures and causes active enzymes to degrade.

It is shipped in high-insulation, isothermal packaging containing cold packs (technical gel ice) that are sized to maintain a cool temperature throughout the journey. To prevent the package from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. During periods of high outdoor temperatures (summer), we include extra technical ice. The cost of refrigerated shipping is included in the product price. As soon as you receive your package, please transfer the jar directly to the refrigerator.

Unopened jar: Store in the refrigerator on the lower shelf or in the vegetable drawer at between 2°C and 5°C. Do not freeze the product.

Once opened: Always close the jar immediately after use. Keep it refrigerated, away from light and consume within 20–30 days to ensure maximum quality. Avoid prolonged contact with air and exposure to temperatures above 20°C, as these accelerate enzyme degradation. The included measuring spoon is the ideal tool for handling the product.

For adults, the recommended dose is between 500 mg and 1,000 mg per day, which corresponds to 1–2 measuring spoons. For children aged 3 to 12, the dose is between 200 mg and 500 mg (approximately half a measuring spoon).

It should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach, holding the product under the tongue for 30–60 seconds before swallowing. This method (sublingual absorption) allows the active ingredients to enter the bloodstream directly, without being degraded by gastric juices.

Yes, for children aged three and over, but with a reduced dose of 200–500 mg per day. Royal jelly is not recommended for infants under 12 months of age, unless specifically directed by a physician. When giving royal jelly to a child for the first time, it is best to start with a minimal dose (just the tip of a measuring spoon). You should always consult a paediatrician if your child has a compromised immune system, multiple food allergies or is undergoing medical treatment.
