• Assorted nougat from Tonara 200g: only honey and dried fruit, without sugar, still produced in an artisanal way according to the ancient recipe which has been handed down from generation to generation since 1889 .
• Giuggiulena 250 gr: the ancient sesame nougat from Ragusano. So good that even the great writer Andrea Camilleri wrote a praise of it.
• 200g Cinque Terre heather honey : reminiscent of caramel while the flavor is medium sweet and reminiscent of toffee , creme caramel with hints of liquorice.
