It is then kept constantly refrigerated until shipment. Freezing royal jelly breaks down its most delicate protein structures and causes active enzymes to degrade.

It is shipped in high-insulation isothermal packaging with cold packs (technical gel ice), specifically sized to maintain a cool temperature throughout the entire journey. To prevent the package from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. During periods of high outdoor temperatures (summer), we include additional technical ice. The cost of refrigerated shipping is already included in the product price.
