Description

It is hand-harvested from selected apiaries and kept cold from harvest to shipping. Produced in small, artisanal batches. It contains exactly what the bees produce. No additives, no compromises.

Why is it different?

Most royal jelly on the market is frozen to facilitate transport and storage. This is not.

  • Fresh harvest: Jarred within hours of collection without freeze-drying or heat treatment. It reaches your home in exactly the same form as the bees produced it.
  • Origin and production: Selected organic apiaries in the Tuscan Apennines within a rich ecosystem of wild flora, such as chestnut, heather and medicinal herbs, far from intensive agriculture. Production follows the natural rhythms of the bees, not industrial ones.
  • The Cold Chain: It is always stored at a controlled temperature. Without this step, freshness is merely a promise.

How to recognize true freshness

True freshness is recognisable by its pearly white colour, creamy consistency and slightly acidic, pungent flavour. The tingling sensation under your tongue is not a defect; it is the signature sign of fresh, active royal jelly.

Traditionally used during seasonal changes and periods of increased physical or mental demand.

Usage and Storage Advice

How to take it:
In the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. Use the included measuring spoon to take the indicated amount and hold it under your tongue for 30–60 seconds before swallowing. The sublingual glands absorb the active ingredients directly into the bloodstream, preventing gastric juices from reducing their effectiveness.

Recommended dosage*:
Adults: from 500 mg to 1000 mg per day depending on needs
Children: from 200 mg to 500 mg per day
Recommended cycle: 5–6 weeks. Can be repeated several times a year.
The measuring spoon included in the package holds approximately 500 mg of royal jelly.

1 pack lasts for approximately 20 days.

This organic royal jelly is beneficial for the whole family at any time of the year, particularly during spring and autumn. To experience the full benefits, we recommend taking it for at least 5–6 weeks. The cycle can be repeated several times a year.

BENEFITS
It possesses powerful revitalizing properties, boosting vital energy and memory. Useful for growing children and a valuable aid for the elderly or those in a weakened state.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is fresh and has never been frozen. Unlike imported industrial royal jelly, which is frozen to survive long transport times and then thawed for packaging, ours is harvested and hand-jarred within a few hours and kept constantly refrigerated until shipment. Freezing royal jelly breaks down its most delicate protein structures and causes active enzymes to degrade.

The recommended method is sublingual administration on an empty stomach in the morning. Place the suggested amount (approximately 500 mg for adults, equal to one measuring spoon) under the tongue and leave to dissolve for 30–60 seconds before swallowing.

This method promotes faster absorption through the sublingual mucosa. Although royal jelly can also be taken orally, passing through the stomach may reduce the bioavailability of some of its more sensitive components.

All three share the same core standards: they are all fresh, Italian and organic, and none have ever been frozen. The main differences concern the territory, the local flora and the specific certifications adopted by the producers.

  • The royal jelly from Piedmont comes from hilly areas with a long tradition of beekeeping and is produced by an experienced beekeeper. It is COPAIT certified.
  • The Royal Jelly from Oltrepò Pavese is produced in a region characterised by high floral biodiversity. The selected producer in this case also operates according to high-quality standards and is COPAIT certified.
  • The royal jelly from the Tuscan Apennines, on the other hand, comes from an Apennine scrubland environment with typical Mediterranean flora. While it is certified organic, it does not adhere to the COPAIT protocol. Nevertheless, the producer follows a rigorous method based on controlled beekeeping practices.

From a nutritional standpoint, all three are high-quality fresh royal jellies. The choice between them is often a matter of personal preference or affinity for a specific region.

At TheHoneyland, we select only the finest organic products, but the final price reflects the organisational structures and market positioning of each producer. Either way, whether you choose a micro-beekeeper or a larger farm, TheHoneyland always guarantees that you will receive fresh, unpasteurised, 100% organic royal jelly.

It is the result of a one-of-a-kind ecosystem. Here, the bees feed on a rich variety of flora, from spring sulla to chestnut, heather and cistus. As production is artisanal, harvesting is limited to the months between May and July, and we work with small seasonal batches only. Once a batch is sold out, we wait for the next harvest to ensure maximum freshness.

Ottimo prodotto, consegna velocissima!
