Since its inception in 2010, Fattoria La Maliosa has been certified organic, reflecting its commitment to sustainable practices that preserve the land's integrity. Antonella's vision extended beyond organic certification, encompassing the desire to showcase the unique characteristics of the Maremma's hilly terrain.
In 2013, a pivotal encounter with agronomist and researcher Lorenzo Corino marked a turning point for the farm. Together, they embarked on a journey to develop and refine a set of non-intensive agricultural techniques, paving the way for increasingly sustainable olive oil production.
