OLFACTORY PROFILE: Medium fruity, herbaceous type, with hints of artichoke and almond.
TASTE PROFILE: Medium notes of spiciness and bitterness of medium intensity, aftertaste of artichoke and almond.

Pairings :
Meliddu extra virgin olive oil, in addition to being used raw, is ideal for various gastronomic combinations:
First courses : seafood with clams and shellfish, and land dishes such as malloreddus and ravioli.
Soups : on vegetable creams and velvety soups.
Mayonnaise : Perfect for homemade mayonnaise.
Fish : appetizers and shellfish, tuna tartare and prawns. Perfect pairing with Cabras mullet roe.
Storage : to maintain the quality of our oil over time, keep away from light and heat sources (ideal storage temperature is 14-18 °C).
