Instructions
Tips for using thyme essential oil:
- inhalations with 1 drop in case of bronchitis, sinusitis.
- against cough and bronchitis, mix 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 2 drops of thyme oil and rub on the chest.
- 1-2 drops in essence diffusers and humidifiers has antispasmodic and beneficial effects on the respiratory tract (against asthma).
Apply 1 drop directly to the affected area.
For more extensive mycosis, mix a few drops with a little extra virgin olive oil.
