The presence of sesame seeds means that this condiment adds considerable flavor to dishes and can therefore be used as an alternative to table salt . Ideal for all people who wish to reduce the amount of sodium in their diet.
We bring you a 100% organic Sicilian Gomasio of artisanal production and with excellent ingredients.
It is produced with sesame grown in Cave d'Ispica , on the Iblean plateau in Sicily and whole sea salt from Trapani.

Instructions
Gomasio is an excellent condiment for replacing salt both raw and for cooking.
It is versatile and can be used on any food:
- to season salads, pizzas, bruschetta, pasta, sauces and vegetable soups and to enrich bread and focaccia doughs.
- It can also be used on white and red meats, eggs, vegetables and potatoes.
- Excellent on grilled or steamed fish.
- It pairs perfectly with extra virgin olive oil.
