Tips : caffeine-free, you can drink it at any time of the day, also suitable for children and pregnant women.
A tasty and thirst-quenching variant of rooibos tea that can also be drunk fresh, ideal for keeping the body well hydrated during the summer season.
Preparation : preferable to use natural mineral water. If possible, use a terracotta or ceramic teapot.
Quantity : approximately 3 g (1 heaped teaspoon) per 150 ml of freshly boiled water.
Temperature: 100°C
Suggestions : drink plain or sweeten with a pinch of organic honey, avoid sugar and other sweeteners.
