Preparation and Dosage Guidelines:
Stress & Nervousness: dilute 20-50 drops in a small amount of water and consume daily.
Insomnia: dilute 30 drops in a small amount of water and take before bedtime.
Children (12 years and older): For anxiety, dilute 10-25 drops in a small amount of water and consume. For insomnia, dilute 15 drops in a small amount of water and take before bedtime.
To reduce alcohol content (recommended for children or those who prefer to limit alcohol intake), dilute the product in lukewarm water (30-35°C) and wait a few minutes before consuming.
Recommended Time of Intake: preferably after meals.
Treatment Duration: A minimum of 30 days of continuous use is recommended, which equals approximately 2 bottles (100 ml each) for adults and 1 bottle (50 ml) for children.
Do not exceed 90 consecutive days of use.
