Organic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP from the Reggiana hill, aged 22-24 months, hand cut and vacuum packaged.
Taste : balance between maturity and sweetness, between sweet and tasty. It has herbaceous notes with a floral flavor typical of the hilly environment surrounding the farm.
100% Natural, without any additives! Only natural rennet is used, i.e. it does not contain Sodium Benzoate , so more attention is needed in the processing and higher quality of the milk... JUST LIKE THE ONE TIME.

The entire processing of Parmigiano Reggiano is followed by the master cheesemaker of the dairy, located in Bibbiano (cradle of Parmigiano) who uses traditional processing methods and passes them down to his children, to obtain an organic product of the highest quality . Both in processing and in seasoning, our product remains separate from any other production.
For each wheel of parmesan you need approx. 600 liters of milk.
This parmesan aged for 24 months was awarded the gold medal in 2014 and the silver medal in 2015 at the WORLD CHEESE AWARDS.

Instructions
One of the few foods made in a completely natural way still using the artisanal methods of 800 years ago .
Due to its composition rich in calcium, phosphorus and easily assimilable amino acids, Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese recommended for everyone in their daily diet, right from early childhood.
Calcium : it is also an important source of calcium, 40 g of parmesan provides more than 50% of the daily requirement of this precious element.
24 month Parmesan boasts high digestibility , being also suitable for people who are lactose intolerant (with ageing lactose transforms into lactic acid).
COOKING COMBINATIONS:
- Table cheese: exceptional thanks to its delicate flavor;
- Seasoning for dishes: pasta, rice and soups, even the rind can be added when cooking minestrone soups and vegetable creams;
- With fruit: excellent accompanied with vegetables and fruit such as pears, apples, figs, grapes, peaches, kiwis and nuts.
- With organic honey: delicate honeys go very well with fresh parmesan. Try it with citrus honey, organic lavender honey.
