Description
Acacia honey collected in Tuscany, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park, around the small historic villages of Bagnone and Succisa, in the province of Massa Carrara.
The apiaries are located in a unique landscape between the Tuscan sea and the highest peaks of the Apennines. Much of Italy's biodiversity is concentrated here, favoured by the proximity of European and Mediterranean climates.
This year's honey is straw-yellow in colour, with floral notes of robinia and a light vanilla flavour, making it a sweet and very delicate honey.
Method of production: A honey produced in uncontaminated areas with organic beekeeping methods, respecting the artisan tradition: obtained without the use of chemical treatments, not subjected to any heat treatment, therefore of great nutritional value.
