Description

Acacia honey collected in Tuscany, within the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park , in the surroundings of the small historic villages of Bagnone and Succisa, province of Massa Carrara.

The apiaries are located within a unique landscape between the Tuscan sea and the highest peaks of the Apennines . Much of the Italian biodiversity is concentrated here, favored by the contiguity of the European and Mediterranean climate zones.

This year's honey is straw yellow in colour, the floral notes of black locust can be perceived from the scent and its slightly vanilla flavor makes it a sweet and very delicate honey.

Production method. A honey produced in uncontaminated areas with organic beekeeping methods, maintaining the artisan tradition: obtained without the use of chemical treatments, not subjected to any heat treatment, therefore with great nutritional value.
