Description
A Dry, Silky Honey with Fine Crystals that Melt Quickly in Your Mouth
Aroma: Reminiscent of freshly cut grass and the dampness of a cellar.
Taste: Medium sweetness with good acidity ("scratches" the throat), with subtle vegetal notes reminiscent of mou candy or spun sugar, especially when crystallized.
Texture: This honey undergoes a controlled crystallization process that renders it "CREAMY" in texture.
Harvesting Area: Italy, hills of Salsomaggiore Terme (PR)
Production Method: This honey is produced using organic beekeeping methods at the Pieve di Cusignano farm, in an uncontaminated area. Obtained without the use of chemical treatments. Raw, unpasteurized, with high nutritional value.

How to use
As a sweetener in warm drinks and bedtime milk. In the preparation of desserts instead of sugar.
In the kitchen :
As breakfast or as a snack, spread on a buttered slice.
Also excellent in combination with fresh and mature cheeses (such as parmesan), and with polenta, adding it at the end of cooking.
To be enjoyed on bread canapés with peanut butter and in meat sauce.
You can use this versatile honey in polenta at the end of cooking, in the maturing of fresh cheeses, season them periodically with a veil of this honey diluted with good oil.
Notes : honey can be taken by children from the age of 1 year.
Storage : Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
