A genuine and natural product made from 100% Italian organic apricots harvested when fully ripe for this organic compote with no added sugar or sweeteners.
Authentic Taste : Its colour and natural flavour make it an excellent product. Each jar of compote requires approximately 378g of fresh apricots.

No added sugars
This is a far cry from traditional compotes sweetened with fruit juices (apple), grape juice or cane sugar.
Low sugar level
This compote is naturally sweet and contains only 20g of sugar, whereas commercial organic compote can contain over 45-50g of sugar/100g.
Without additives
Most commercial jams, preserves and compotes contain numerous unhealthy additives. Our stewed fruit is:
- no thickeners (pectin)
- no acidity regulators (citric acid)
- no stabilizers
- no preservatives and colorants
Delicate processing
A special low temperature process gives our Apricot Compote a soft consistency, making it ideal for spreading and many other uses.
