This strawberry tree honey is typically very bitter, for strong and decisive palates .

HARVESTED AREA: exclusively from spontaneous flora in an absolutely uncontaminated area, the Monte Arci Park - Ales countryside. It is a park of inestimable naturalistic value, here you can find much of the typical Sardinian vegetation.

It is in the months of October and November that the beekeeper Luigi Manias collects his famous , prized Sardinian "bitter honey" . A rare, very rare, limited production honey.

Due to its uniqueness, Manias strawberry tree honey was mentioned by the Dissapore blog in 2014 among the " 30 incredible things we ate this year ". One more reason to try it.
