It is in the months of October and November that the beekeeper Luigi Manias collects his famous , prized Sardinian "bitter honey" . A rare, very rare, limited production honey.

Due to its uniqueness, Manias arbutus honey was mentioned by the Dissapore blog in 2014 among the " 30 incredible things we ate this year ". One more reason to try it.
