Description

Luca Bonizzoni's organic asphodel honey harvested in Sardinia, on the mountains around Lanusei . We are immersed in splendid natural settings far from any form of urban and agricultural pollution, rich in vegetation with the sea on the horizon and surrounded by grazing animals.

In these places from February to May the whole landscape is colored with small pink flowers and Luca Bonizzoni's bees collect the nectar, producing excellent asphodel honey.

It has a clear color, well crystallized, compact but soft. It is a sweet and delicate honey with a typical asphodel fragrance. It tastes with hints of vanilla , almond milk . Many consider it an alternative to Sulla and Citrus honey, both in terms of consistency and aroma.

COLLECTION AREA . Collected exclusively from spontaneous flora on the mountains of Lanusei, in Sardinia

HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC . Organic eucalyptus honey harvested where plants and bees are not contaminated by pesticides, herbicides and heavy metals.

To keep all its properties unaltered, this eucalyptus honey is raw and does not undergo any heat treatment.

Instructions

Very good with fresh cheeses, excellent with spicy gorgonzola: it plays in contrast and enhances both. Due to its delicacy it is excellent to spread on bread, also much appreciated by children.

it is able to enhance typical sweets based on almonds.
