A sweet honey for lovers of fresh and citrus flavours.
A combination worth trying is spread on typical carasau bread (Sardinian semolina bread). In cooking it is used in the preparation of almond cake. At the table, or as an aperitif, it creates a nice contrast with natural gorgonzola.
Sardinian citrus honey is excellent with whole yogurt with which it creates an exceptional synergy.
Perfect as a sweetener in iced tea.
Notes : honey can be taken by children from the age of 1 year.
Storage : store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
