Description
This is a truly unique honey, harvested in the Daunia Hills in the north of Puglia, between the towns of Castelnuovo and Casalvecchio.
The limestone and clay soils in this area, which borders Molise and Basilicata, allow the coriander blossoms to flourish. It is here that our beekeeper, Giuseppe Masciulli, produces his aromatic, organic coriander honey, which has a flavour ranging from caramel to coconut and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness on the palate.
Production method: This artisanal honey is produced using organic beekeeping methods and is obtained without the use of chemical treatments.
The honey is not subjected to heat treatment, thus maintaining its high nutritional value.

How to use
In the kitchen, coriander honey is excellent to accompany beef and chicken. Delicious in combination with mature cheeses (a recommended Apulian cheese is the long-mature caciocavallo podolico).
For sweet recipes it is very suitable for the preparation of nougats.
Storage : store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Notes : honey can be taken by children from the age of 1 year.
