Description

Ideal herbal tea for coughs and colds based on plants that promote the well-being of the respiratory tract thanks to their balsamic and protective effect against external aggressions.

Monarda and orange mint give this cough herbal tea a very aromatic note. The plants come from certified organic crops, harvested in the "balsamic moment" and selected through careful manual processing.

This cough herbal tea is in loose leaves from plants dried at low temperatures to better preserve the beneficial properties:

PLANTAIN has expectorant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, astringent properties, and is indicated for inflammation of the throat and respiratory tract in general, such as cough, bronchial catarrh, chronic bronchitis, hay fever , sinusitis, and for inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth .

ALCHEMILLA has anti-inflammatory and disinfectant properties. It is indicated in cases of benign diarrhea , particularly during pregnancy. Astringent and calming : helps calm menstrual pain and gastrointestinal disorders. It has antioxidant properties thanks to the presence of flavonoids.

CORNFLOWER FLOWERS of intense blue colour, which contain anthocyanins (with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action ), bitter principles (which act as digestives ) and flavonoids, with a delicate diuretic effect.

SUNFLOWER FLOWERS facilitate the release of urine, promote the elimination of phlegm in the bronchi , facilitate intestinal metabolism.

Instructions

Herbal tea for cough advice :

Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture into a cup of boiling water and leave to infuse, covered, for approx. 5 min.
Then filter and take up to 3 times a day between meals. Sweeten to taste, preferably with organic honey.

Warnings : keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
