Mediterranean scrub of the island of Capraia :
The condition of a natural park protected from the sea means that it lends itself to creating a privileged environment for the production of honey. In fact, Capraia appears miraculously intact and wild, a territory that is the undisputed dominion of Mediterranean scrub and wildlife. In this uncontaminated reality, Roberta's bees find their ideal habitat, far from any form of pollution, pesticides and other aggressive species.
Certified organic honey , maintaining the artisan tradition and respecting the The Honeyland beekeeping code of ethics .
