Preparation and intake methods :
Adults : 40 drops 2 times a day diluted in a little water or honey.
Boys (from 12 years onwards): 20 drops 2 times a day diluted in a little water or honey.
If you want to reduce the alcohol content, useful for example for children or for those who do not want to drink too much alcohol, you can dissolve the product in warm water (30-35°C) and wait a few minutes before taking it.
When to take : preferably after meals. Adequate fluid intake is recommended to optimize the effect of the product.
Duration of treatment : we recommend taking it for at least 30 days, equal to approximately 2 packs for adults (100 ml) and 1 pack for children (50 ml).
Use is recommended for a maximum of 30 consecutive days.
The effects of Echinacee may vary depending on the severity of symptoms, individual characteristics and the dosage used.

Storage : store the product, even outside the refrigerator, in a dry place and away from heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
