Harvested in an uncontaminated area rich in spontaneous eucalyptus plants that can reach heights of 5-10 meters in Sardinia.

The color of this precious honey is amber, and when it crystallizes it takes on a lighter shade.

Its intense aroma is very characteristic and is reminiscent of the leaves of the plant, as well as licorice and dried mushrooms.

This honey has a less pronounced sweetness and leaves a slightly salty and licorice aftertaste. As an artisanal honey, its color, aroma, and flavor may vary slightly from year to year.
