This blackcurrant honey is produced with 100% ingredients from the Krautergold company, located in South Tyrol :

Organic HONEY from beekeeping in Castellino delle Erbe over 600 m, away from sources of pollution. Honey is not heated, so it retains all its beneficial properties.
Organic BLACKCURRANTS from Alto Adige are sweet, aromatic and rich in flavour. The harvest is done by hand and the fresh mountain air ensures that the small fruits ripen slowly, giving the sun plenty of time to develop an extraordinary aroma in them.

No other ingredients are used.

A healthy and nutritious product, this spreadable cream is also really good for children . An excellent idea for a healthy breakfast or an energy-rich snack.

Fantastic!!! I love both this and the one with raspberries, of which I bought 2 jars to avoid not finding any!! I use it a lot on fruit with a small square of 90% dark chocolate melted inside.
