How to use : Every single dehumidified organic pollen grain contains active enzymes in a concentrated form. The digestive system may not be accustomed to such a rich form of food. It is recommended to introduce pollen into your diet gradually. Do not cook or add the granules to hot food. Heat destroys active enzymes and reduces nutritional value. Fasting is the most suitable time to consume pollen, which can be taken, for example, after a herbal tea (before breakfast) or between meals. It can be consumed alone, accompanied by a cold drink or a teaspoon of honey. Recommended doses* : The optimal dose varies based on individual needs and the type of supplementation. As a nutritional supplement to improve nutrition the doses are: Adults : 10-20 grams/day (2 teaspoons - 12 g) Children : 5 grams/day for children (approx. 1 teaspoon). For therapeutic use the doses can be increased according to the indications of your specialist. Warnings : Before taking a whole dose of pollen it is very important to test for possible allergic reactions by ingesting just one granule. Some allergy sufferers may have different reactions to the product. Gradually increase over a week until you reach a normal dose.
