Description

In the month of May Solmielato beekeeping takes its bees to the Ionian and Tyrrhenian coasts of Calabria where they collect, in complete tranquility and away from sources of pollution, the nectar from the best organic lemon groves in the area .

Due to its delicate flavor it is an excellent honey for breakfast , naturally rich in enzymes.

Organoleptic characteristics :

Consistency : spontaneous crystallization, with very fine crystal grain.
Color : in the liquid state it is almost colorless or straw yellow, in the crystallized state it varies from pearly white or light beige
Taste : normally sweet, fine and creamy.
Aroma : medium intensity

Production method: it is a honey produced with organic beekeeping methods, obtained without the use of chemical treatments and collected in uncontaminated areas.

Raw honey with great nutritional value that has not undergone any heat treatment. The guided crystallization process and subsequent storage at an optimal temperature of 12°C allow this lemon honey to maintain a creamy consistency and a unique floral scent.
