Description

The organic wildflower honey from the mountains of Sardinia is produced thanks to the many blooms present in the splendid areas of Montiferru, located north of the province of Oristano, e Goceano , central-northern region.

A honey that bees produce by collecting nectar from different species of flowers, typical of the area and which vary according to the seasons. Among the main blooms:

Asphodel
Oak
Carob
Chestnut

A honey rich in nectars , which sublimates the thousand-year-old generosity of the mountain, with many aromatic nuances, delicate thanks to asphodel or more strong and intense whether chestnut or oak prevails.

Collection area: Montiferru and Goceano areas.

Organoleptic characteristics :

Consistency : tends to crystallize with fine, compact crystals.
Color : a dark wildflower with reddish tones.
Smell : of mountain flora, very aromatic.
