Discover our organic oak honeydew from Xeromero, an extraordinary and rare honey with an intense aroma that encapsulates the purity of the ancient forests of Aitoloakarnania in western Greece.
Harvested between July and August at an altitude of over 600 metres, this exclusive honey comes from one of the largest and most unexplored forests in the Balkans, which is centuries old. It is a concentrated nectar, the result of an unspoilt, majestic ecosystem.

- Colour: An extremely dark, almost black 'black gold'
- Aroma: Strong and savoury with clear caramel notes.
- Flavour: Caramel, dried fruit, brewer's yeast, and hints of dates and malt.

Xeromero Oak Forest
This honeydew honey originates at the foot of the Akarnanika Mountains, where the Xeromero Forest covers approximately 6,000 hectares between Lake Ozero, the Arheloos River and the sea. This habitat is a true biodiversity hotspot: over 256 species of native plants, including extremely rare orchids, thrive undisturbed. The bees feed in a pure and protected environment, ensuring the unrivalled quality and authenticity of this product.
