Our beekeeper Massimo Carpinteri collects this organic chestnut honey in the protected area of the Marguareis Park, a peaceful oasis nestled between the Maritime Alps. We are on the border between Piedmont and Liguria, immersed in unspoiled nature. The Park is home to an exceptional variety of plant species (over 1,500 species have been identified, almost a quarter of the entire Italian flora) and from the highest peaks of the Park, which exceed 2,600 meters, the view sweeps from Corsica to Monte Rosa.

The beehives are positioned inside the chestnut woods that thrive luxuriantly within the Park, at an altitude of approx. 800 mt. This is how a chestnut honey of absolute quality and purity is obtained.

It has a liquid consistency and a dark amber color. It is a strongly aromatic honey with a characteristic bitter taste.

Production method: it is a honey produced with organic beekeeping methods. Obtained without the use of chemical and heat treatments.

Harvested in uncontaminated areas.

Unpasteurized, with high nutritional value.
