Fine organic mountain herbs

The herbs are grown outdoors in a unique nursery on the Alpe di Siusi in South Tyrol. This beautiful village is a paradise of colours, aromas and scents.

The herbs have a high concentration of nutraceutical properties.

This unprocessed condiment has many beneficial properties. Traditional techniques allow us to obtain and preserve the highest concentration of active ingredients from the plants.

Simple and natural, this condiment enhances the freshness of ingredients without masking their flavour. It is perfect for those who love Mediterranean cuisine and are looking for an authentic touch straight from the South Tyrolean mountains.

Use this seasoning to add flavour and aroma to baked or grilled fish and seafood.

Techniques for use:
Marinating: creating a marinade with olive oil, lemon juice and chopped herbs is an excellent way to flavour and tenderise fish before cooking. This method is ideal for baking, grilling or pan-frying.

Al cartoccio (Baked in foil): another technique is to wrap the fish in foil with herbs and a drizzle of oil, which allows the herbs to infuse their delicate aroma during baking or steaming.

Sauces and pestos: preparing herb-based sauces or aromatic vinaigrettes to serve on the side allows diners to add flavour to their liking while preserving the vibrancy of the herbs.

Storage : Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
