This "Crema della Felicità" (Cream of Happiness) is an Organic Hazelnut Spread truly healthy with over 90% raw, IGP certified Piedmont hazelnuts and raw organic acacia honey.

It is prepared only with finely ground hazelnuts and honey from the Apenocciola Farm on the hills of Revigliasco (Piedmongt), near the Maddalena Park.

Flavor: The classic flavor of raw hazelnut with a delicate aftertaste of bitter cocoa that gives it carob. It is less sweet than our organic roasted hazelnut spread with honey.

All natural and only 3 ingredients:

• Raw organic IGP Piedmont hazelnuts: the most prized hazelnut, the IGP "Gentile Trilobata". Unlike all other spreadable creams, even organic ones where toasted hazelnuts are used, this cream uses raw hazelnuts.
• Raw organic acacia honey that maintains all its beneficial properties - unlike spreadable creams with commercial honeys where low-quality foreign honeys are used.
• Raw organic carob flour: made only of pulp, without seeds and without chemical additives. Rich in microelements, especially vitamins and minerals.

It is a handcrafted cream, very different from industrial spreadable creams. It turns out exactly like you would make it at home.

Texture: A small amount of hazelnut grit remains, preventing the formation of a solid, compact paste.

FREE FROM:

Refined vegetable oils (palm, etc.) or hydrogenated oils and vegetable oils (palm, etc.) found in commercial creams.

Spreadability: Its spreadability derives exclusively from the oil contained in the hazelnut. To increase the fluidity of the cream, add a few drops of Apenocciola organic food hazelnut oil.

The total absence of thickeners and emulsifiers can cause the oils to separate from the creamy part of the fruit, but just mix well for a few minutes to re-amalgamate the cream.

The hazelnuts are dried naturally in the sun as per ancient tradition. Thanks to this peculiarity, it is the only one that preserves intact the numerous nutraceutical properties of the fruit that are lost or deteriorate during roasting.

Therefore, it remains naturally rich in good fats (oleic acid, linoleic acid), Vitamin E, B vitamins, minerals and fibers.

The combination with raw organic honey rich in enzymes makes the nutrients of the hazelnuts highly assimilable by the body.
