Frequently Asked Questions

It is smooth and balanced, with fresh vegetal notes and delicate floral hints. Crisp mineral undertones evoke the pure air of the Himalayan mountains. The finish brings subtle notes of yellow peach and dried fruit that linger pleasantly on the palate. Its low astringency makes it enjoyable from the first sip — this is not the bitter green tea that many people dislike.

Yes, absolutely. Its low astringency and lack of sharp bitterness make it exceptionally approachable. The key lies in the water temperature: when brewed at 75–80°C (167–176°F) — not boiling — and steeped for just 2–3 minutes, the result is a smooth, delightful brew. Those who brew it with water that is too hot often find it bitter, but this is not because the tea is difficult; it is simply because high-quality green tea requires attention to temperature.

Yes, it is pure green tea (Camellia sinensis) which naturally contains caffeine. However, its energising effect is generally more gradual and balanced than that of coffee. It is highly recommended for morning or afternoon consumption, but not for evening consumption.

Yes, it is certified organic. The tea comes from a family-run estate that cultivates the plants without any pesticides or chemical additives.

Yes. Thanks to its delicate flavour, low astringency and natural aromatic freshness, it is ideal for everyday enjoyment, either as an alternative to coffee in the morning or during your daily breaks. Furthermore, the same leaves can be re-infused 2–3 times, making each pack even better value for money.
