Oikos Apicoltura delivers organic royal jelly in its purest, most natural state – exactly as the bees produce it. In the hours following the harvest, it is potted by hand and stored at an optimal temperature (0°-5°C):

Instructions
ADVICE ON USE
Royal jelly should be consumed in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. It is advisable to dissolve it under the tongue to obtain greater benefits because the sublingual glands favor its absorption without the intervention of gastric juices which could limit its positive effect.
Recommended doses* :
Adults : 500 mg to 1000 mg per day as needed.
Children : 200 mg to 500 mg per day
1 pack lasts approx. 20 days.
The measuring spoon contained in the package contains approx. 500 mg of royal jelly.
This organic royal jelly is useful for the whole family at any time of the year, particularly in the spring and autumn periods. In order to see the benefits, it is advisable to take it for at least 5/6 weeks. The cycle can be repeated several times a year.
