This strawberry honey is produced with 100% ingredients from the organic Krautergold company, located in South Tyrol :
- Raw organic HONEY from Castellino delle Erbe beekeeping over 600 m, away from sources of pollution. Honey is not heated, so it retains all its beneficial properties.
- Organic STRAWBERRIES from Alto Adige are sweet and rich in flavour. The harvest takes place by hand and only when a certain size has been reached.
Furthermore, the fresh mountain air ensures that the small fruits ripen slowly, giving the sun plenty of time to develop an extraordinary aroma in them.
